Miserable ice maker and refrain shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice holder jams with too much ice and when you pull the drawer the ice falls within and out of the freezer. The refrigerator shelves don't hold standard milk cartons or soda bottle heights. The adjustable shelves are minimal. Can't open the drawers in freezer or refrain unless doors are swung fully wide open. Not too efficient for energy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Continues o perform well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in 2014, and has been performing well ever since. Only issue is the handle comes lose with wear, easily fixed with set screw at the bottom of the handle.

We’ve had this refrigerator for four years and endured a beating every year. No mas. We liked it at first, but as we got to know it, it was an ill-advised purchase. The refrigerator continuously groans and wheezes like late stage emphysema. The icemaker has been worked on four times and replaced twice since purchase and now needs another one. When the icemaker ran properly; that is, make ice and not leak water that freezes behind the bin and gradually forces the freezer door open, operation is noisier than a two year old. Oh, and the occasional clink as it goes incontinent and drops a cube on the stainless pan will wake you up at night. We love our Bosch dishwasher, but this one is going on Craig’s list tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Bosch appliances. I have three. A dishwasher, frig/freezer and microwave. All three are efficient, clean and durable.

Not Happy With Quality and Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the frig works great the first 6 months. After that, the ice maker keep on failing (stuck ice due to bad design). Eventually, the ice make stopped working completely and got replaced. 2.5 years later, the frig is making loud noise when running. The ice maker still get stuck every now and then which requires defrosting the system.

Great design, haven't had any problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like there are a bunch of bad reviews, but honestly I've had this refrigerator for 3 years and haven't had any issues with it. Everything has worked well and I love the design. The layout does make it a little difficult to store things sometimes, but other than that, no complaints.
