Very Greedy company. Avoid at all cost

The toner that comes with the printer can't be used on other same model printer. Will not recommend Xerox at all.

Thank you for your product review. There are a few things that could be happening. You could have a genuine cartridge but not the right one for your contract type. There are different chips. The chip identifies the contract type:
" SOLD/ Regular " - You own this machine. No Contract. " Metered " - Cost per Copy, Renting Machine, Contract with Xerox.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full of bugs. Constantly needs to uninstalled and reinstalled. The ink is ridiculously expensive. Stay away.

Don't do it

Bought the printer for it being laser and the ability to copy and scan. I have had nothing but connectivity problems since I purchased it. When it does work it is great, but I have had to uninstall and reinstall it continually. I consider myself computer literate but have had nothing but problems with the setup of this printer.

Model C235 Color Multifunction Printer

This machine so far has not lived up to the storied history of Xerox. In fact I had to go outside the Xerox support to get the machine repaired.This product has taken a great deal of my time dealing with printer issues.

This laser printer is a huge disappointment. It has a limited memory so I often get only part of a document printed. It can be excessively slow to get going once you send a document to it, you can't put double sided documents through the feeder and the cost of replacement cartridges is prohibitive.
