Simply Superb!!

Having been a sustaining Xerox user since early days in 1962 with a table top Model 814 to an upgrade floor model Model 914 in that same year, with greatest technology in following year models that put Xerox above the rest with xerographic innovation!!! Simply superb is too mild. I would have given you 5 stars; but, the refurbished/renewed C235 that I purchased did not have a waste toner bottle replaced. I had to order a replacement waste toner bottle the first day of use as it was simply overflowing. But, the few copies I did scan were top drawer with standard Xerox perfection. I'm happy to be with Xerox as it means superb copies and printing capability to look forward in the future.

Difficult to use and poor quality

I bought this printer about 6 months ago and am quite disapointed with it. It seems to jam very easily. It is overcomplicated to use and although the initial print quality was good, once we replaced the black toner, and it was a Xerox original, we used NOT a compatible. the quality of the black has deteriorated

Scan over WiFi to Mac OS Monterey Does not work

Over seven hours with Tech Support. Terrible Multifunction Printer.

May I say, thank you Xerox for a superb product. I am a realtor, business owner and an inventor. This printer is the best there is compared to all the others because there is no comparison. This C235 is dependable, durable and the results perform with precision. I recommend this for Xerox C235 printer for those who are busy and need to be able to rely on their Xerox printer. In addition, customer service offers superb assistance and they are knowledgeable at every level. I am extremely satisfied with Xerox.

So far so good with Macs and iOS in a busy home office

We use this printer in my home office. We have had it for a few weeks now and really like it. We have found it easy to use and works well with our Macs for printing and scanning. iOS can print to it without any issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The C235 is one of the worst small business printers I've used. I purchased six units to deploy to medium demand home offices. The manual feed tray jams nearly 100% of the time. If you have documents that require critical alignment this machine is absolutely a no-go. This printer will not print on consistent margins and shifts vertically by as much as 4mm. The main tray is hard to load as the paper guides are at a negative angle from the top. You have to completely remove the tray to load which is inconvenient. The ADF scanner is definitely only intended for full 8.5x11 so if you plan to scan anything smaller than that you are out of luck. This printer functions well if you only require 8.5x11 color or B&W printing on a single type of paper and flat bed scanning. For all Xerox expects this printer to be it should have expansion trays at least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frequent feed problems from the paper tray, load instructions that tray is empty when full of paper.

Negative to Scanning & Printing

My first C235 was replaced because it was very loud when I printed. The issues I have now CANNOT be fixed. When I scan (let's say) 10 pages at one time, this printer makes 10 different files. I contacted Customer Support and that's the way it is. I am use to getting one file when I scan 10 pages simultaneously.
The other issue is printing a small page onto 8.5x11 letter paper. I want to print a Bingo-type game card. Even tho' the layout size is 8.5x5.5, the printer enlarges it to 8.5x11 when it is printed. This is after I change the page settings on the printer. Additionally, it does not automatically revert back to letter size printing. I have to enter the size on the printer through the settings menu again.
