Great wifi connection, easy to use, bit hard to understand what the battery is for since it's already powered and the instructions don't say anything.

Not Happy at All!

The one star is just for the convenience of the WiFi. For the rest the old one this replaces was controlling the humidity and was working perfectly. This one "Smart Thermostat" TH8321 even if it reports the possibility to program the humidity control in the manual, the function do not even appear following the instructions. Impossible to contact Honeywell nor installaror can explain why this happens. Expensive junk!

This product is not made for the North and colder temperatures, the thermometer in this thermostat is absolutely useless, give you the wrong temp 80% of the time, if you change
your temperature to say 68 degrees and its 66 degrees presently with in 30 sec of the change the thermometer will show 68, it's horrible product and it's not only one I had it changed and the new one does the same SO DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT'S HORRIBLE

Stopped Working.

This thermostat stopped working after 9 months. Checked it one morning and the screen was blank. When the A/C technician removed it from the wall, it was very hot. The wiring and installation were all correct, so it was definitely this thermostat. Agree with other reviews that this is junk!!

TH8321R VisionPRO8000 Thermostat does NOT work

I bought a Honeywell thermostat that does not function properly. I schedule the hours and temperatures but the thermostat turns on the heat an hour to two too early. This is the 2nd thermostat - same problem as the 1st. Everything else works fine.

Way overpriced for what you get

Local Heating company installed August 2022 and replaced current thermostat. Hard to read screen compared to my other thermostat. Does not control humidity only turns it on and off for when the heat mode is on which my other thermostat worked perfectly for humidity. Paid $$$$ to install this unit and I don't like it as much as my Honeywell color 9585 that I put in another building for $. Just keep humidifier hooked to separate humidistat its the same way the Vision Pro 8000 works.

Finally Connected After 10 Years With No Internet

After a few unsuccessful initial attempts to connect to our network we finally figured it out and successfully connected. We really like the ability to view what the system is doing (3 units) while we are away and it gives us a sense of relief to be able to change temps via internet. We still have not figured out how to delete a location that was entered incorrectly but we will eventually we hope.
