Fails to reconnect with WIFI after 8 months of use

Three of these units were installed in my home as a part of a three zone system in December of last year. After a brief WIFI outage yesterday one unit will not reconnect to the network, it’s the closest unit to the router. Still functions as a thermostat without WIFI, but I bought it for the remote access functions. 8 months of service is too short. I have a popular third party brand in another home that have been going strong for eight years.

Worst thermostat

I bought this about 3 years ago and every month it keeps saying WiFi disconnected! All of my other devices like iPhone, laptop, tv and IPTV box have never lost a wifi signal but this one does it quite often!

2 have failed in less than a year and a half

I had 4 installed with a new system. The voltage in both cases was perfect, but the thermostats both died. Honeywell blamed the installers, but that is wrong. Plus, to maintain a warranty, you need to have them professionally installed. What a joke when all you really need to do if the voltage is correct is replace the dead thermostat with the new one in seconds.

This thermostat started out good.

I glottal a new. AC unit in October. Sorry. 2021. Adaptive Honeywell VISIONPRO® 8000 WIFI PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT the same day. Now it worked. It started to work real Nice. Install programmed everything. Thermostat went out and stop working on the 13th. Of March. 1:56 PM It has not worked at all since then. I've tried to reinstall it. Login or log it is their authentication page. The authentication page error. It's constant. Regardless of who account is associated with it. Lower ticket out me and my daughter reset it and it still come back with authentication page error. It will not pick up the Wi-Fi again so I can be able to log into it. I ever did it at the time of. We started up in October working great, working fine. Now you guys are piece of trash. Somebody help me out there. Thank you. In just one visit, you know? No, you guys could make this work by just replacing the thermostat with a new one. Politricks have played with and dealt with on your page has not worked. I even took out my router man to Delma router, reboot the router, reset my router and it still when I pick up this this little I think I don't understand why. But I do know a new one will solve the issue. Get back with me. Been out since 13th of March. Thank you. Google.

Failed within a month

Bought this one to replace the previous Honeywell because the programming wasn’t working right in the previous one. Should’ve kept that one because at least we could set the heat and A/C manually. This new one has shut down completely after a month. Hope there’s another thermostat company out there because I won’t be buying another Honeywell.

I have three of these thermostats, all are four years old. Two are fine, so far. However, one has lost wi-fi connectivity, will not take the wi-fi password (the other two do) and now has quit running the furnace.
