Junk, don't buy

I have had 3 of these steamers so far. One went bad in less than a year. Don't set a screen lock password or the unit is dead if you forget the password. There is no factory reset. Yeah, my fault for forgetting the password, but still junk without a factory reset. What device like this doesn't include a reset or zero memory function?

Renting a brand new home, In a very upscale area, this was installed and stopped working all together.. Now I have to work with the landlord to get it fixed and its Hell hot here already in April .
