My first life pro is now at my daughters. I got the one with the “stabilizing handles” because my balance is sometimes it at 78. My legs feel much better and swelling dramatically decreases when I use it consistently. My daughter and I visit each night on the phone as we use our Life Pros.

I like the machine. But the handle itself feels lose and seeks when holding on to it. So I try not to hold in to it incase is falls off. Other than that the machine itself works great!

Vibration plate works great. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. I’m excited n anxious to see if it truly helps with osteopenia. Time will tell.

Just had a mastectomy 3 weeks ago, i read that vibration plate works well for after surgery tightness so I went ahead and bought this. Wow after just one use, i felt a big difference in the tightness of my left arm & left shoulder/chest, it has loosen up and felt relieved. I will not attach the handlebar for now
