The trimlite vibration plate works great! I have only had it for a few days and it's so easy to use. I like that you can adjust the speeds and with the remote.

Trimlite vibration plate

I've only received my Trimlite a couple days ago. I'm liking it already.
Last week I was visiting my best friend who had a vibration plate. Not sure the model, but I used hers and was hooked. Plus she mentioned the advantages of the machine.
