Just started using my vibration plate. Easy to set up and start using right away. I’m thankful as a beginner to have the handle attached as I’m 68 and not always steady on my feet. Once I’m used to the feeling of the shake though I’m able to take hands off a while. Starting slow and hoping to do more on it as I use more often. I figured it’s worth a try to help my balance and inflammation and any other benefits it may have.
This is my Second Life Pro vibration plate. I bought this for my mom as it had handles however the stability of this one is not as good as some of the others. My mother was using it and it actually started lift off the floor causing her to fall backwards even with the handles. She did not have this issue with my other plate I think if the plate itself was a little bit bigger it would better distribute one's weight. She can only use it while sitting which is disappointing
I have enjoyed my lifepro trim lite.. Im 75, and had shoulder repair in December and love the relaxation it provides.. also purchased to help with bone density. Because of my motorcycle accident in 2013 , I cant set down on it or do any floor exercises so mine has a balance bar attached. I had cataract surgery two weeks ago, so cant even use it for 3 months! But I'll be so thrilled when I can get back on it!!!
wow! Just got the Trimlite and taking it very slowly while rehabbing a severely sprained ankle - but vigorous vibrations, even on very low, and even just one minute revitalizes my whole body. Amazing.!
