82 feeling young!

I was getting so stiff, legs hurting at night and my balance was getting to be a concern. I’m in a senior exercise class thinking that would help. Nothing really felt right till l started using my Lifepro! Sleeping balance getting better, pain in legs gone! I’m going to join the line dance class at the senior center! What a great machine! Best purchase I’ve ever made!

Easier than I imagined

I thought this may be hard for me since I am 76 and have problems with my legs hips and back. Not so. It is so easy to get on the machine and set it and work it. I started at 1 and 2 and will ease into it slowly. My body actually felt lighter after the first time. I am going to enjoy this. I don't really need the handle bar like I thought I would. I love it.

Of course, I just received it and put it together within the 7 days. The product come quickly, it was easy to assemble, and the remote was easy to understand. I just need to figure out the routines and what will be best for me and IF I'll actually lose weight.
