I just opened the box up and put it together and the whole thing has been a breeze It is very easy to put together and directions are very specific. Once put together I turned it on and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

I research about the Vibration plate when a friend shared about her experience. I like this one from Lifepro as it has a handle bar to help me ease to using it in the beginning and appreciate this included feature that some Vibration plates do no have. Thank you!

This vibration plate is great for beginners and very easy to set up. It offers different programs and different speeds and different times as well as examples of many exercises you can perform on it. Very versatile and very helpful for mobility. Very happy with it.
