Easy to assemble & not too heavy

I haven't used my Trimlite Vibration Plate, but getting to use it. It was easy to assemble & not too heavy to move. My sister-in-law got hers about a month ago and loves it. She also got her two sister's started on it as well! Can't wait to start using it!

I am an elderly person having trouble with my knees and hips. I can actually do this machine and am hoping it will strengthen my leg muscles so that I can be active again.

I'm just getting used to the Trimlite. Lowest vibration setting is pretty strong and glad I get the handgrip bar to stabilize myself when getting off the machine.
