Sleek and Easy to use

I bought this shaker plate (and Lifepro brand) as a recommendation from my lymphatic drainage massage therapist. It is easy to use. I did not set it up with the handles yet, because I don't really need it. The design is sleek and can be kept in a corner or under the bed. You can also use it for travel. The only thing I wish it had, was a longer cord. Other than that, I highly recommend!

I've been using a Trimlite Vibration Plate at a wellness center and loved it so much I purchased my own. I am 60 and want to ensure I can continue to keep my balance and an active life. This is truly helping.
