Received the Lifepro vibration plate as a gift from my sister. It was easy to set up and the user manual is pack full of information on use and care of the plate. I’ve only used it once, starting out slow per the user manual, I love it already. The programming is easy to understand and the remote control is useful.

Trimlite vibration plate

Enjoying and getting used to my new vibration plate. Have used one at my chiropractors office and at physical therapy a while back. Just with my short time of having received, I can already tell that it is helping with some back discomfort. I know that it will help as time goes on with so much more. My husband tried it out, liked it so much that we ordered another one for his office.
