Have only just received my vibration plate and have only used it twice. However, I can you that it’s very well made. It’s sturdy. I haven’t gotten into programming yet but I have feeling it is going to go very well. I’ll let you know if otherwise.

I just got my life pro vibration plate. The set up was easy. I seem to like it but need to get more information on workouts. Apparently you have to review before you can get that. But for just staning on it I think I'm going to like this vibration plate
