The tall handle is very helpful. I am glad I chose this model. The product is very sturdy. I used different ways to loosen the lower back and even arms. There are tons of Youtube video instructions and you can be creative yourself. I feel nice boost of blood circulation in very gentle activities.

Mother's Day Gift

I can't give it an honest review yet. If was a gift from my daughter for Mother's Day. Just received it yesterday. My son put it together for me. I will say I was a little intimidated
by the looks of it. However when I woke up this morning my back was really hurting me, so I said why not I'll give the
strange looking machine a try. I must say it did make my back feel better and I was only on it for two minutes. So far
so good!

I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped foot in the vibration plate for the first time. I could feel it immediately working on my sciatic area and throughout my legs and arms. I read the owner’s manual afterwards. Then I saw all of the activities that are included. I’m looking forward to a long relationship together!

Loving it so far!

I’ve been using the TrimLite vibration plate for almost 2 weeks now and have been loving it. I love that it came with a handle if needed but my favorite part is probably the remote. I can sit or stand on the vibration plate also.
