Still in early stages of use. I have chronic joint pain from rheumatoid arthrits. Seems to help with fatigue, so far. Jury is still out on product because I've only had it for a couple of weeks. Still getting used to it.

The tall handle is very helpful. I am glad I chose this model. The product is very sturdy. I used different ways to loosen the lower back and even arms. There are tons of Youtube video instructions and you can be creative yourself. I feel nice boost of blood circulation in very gentle activities.
