Excited to try

Just received my TRIMLITE and was very easy to assemble. I'm older so I appreciate the handlebars to help with my balance and is also why I purchased this particular one. I am starting out very slow and will build up as I get more comfortable.
It feels very well made and sturdy.
I will review more once I see how I feel after I have progressed some.

Excited for Something New!

I just assembled my vibration plate, which was super easy. I'm now reading the manual and excited to get started.
I've suffered a fractured ankle (broken in 3 places) from a motorcycle accident in 2010, and my ankle swells every day. I also have 3 herniated discs in my lower back that require steroid injections 3X a year to manage pain not to mention all the pills I take for my back.
So here's to something new and something I have high hopes of working for my exercise needs.

Great product for the price. Great for lymph drainage, detoxifying the body, release muscle tension and recharging the entire body.

Easy to assemble and nice size for small spaces. Unfortunately I don’t know how it works yet because it was missing the power cord. I can’t wait to try it out.
