Very easy to use. Have been using for 1 week, and am already noticing a reduction in inflammation and appearance of cellulite. The only reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is the fact that the voice that announces, immediately upon turning on, that the machine is Bluetooth ready, is extremely loud and unable to be silenced.
