After using the Trimlite for 9 minutes the first dab I received it, I woke up virtually pain free the next day. I have more energy, was able to walk without hip pain. This is truly a great machine.

The machine is very quiet until you put the resistance bands on the machine. They rattle because they rub against the machine. Great workout though.

Bought this item and there is supposed to be exercise videos for this however haven’t been able to get into them . I tried to get help on this but wasn’t successful.

Just got it set up. Easy Peary in seven minutes. Tried it for one minute. Nice. I’m over 70. Using for osteoporosis and stimulate bone growth.
