Trite vibration plate

I am 75 and have bad knees and circulation issues with my legs. I have experienced relief since using this simply by sitting on my bed and resting my feet on the plate. Sometimes when restless legs keep me from being able to fall asleep, I will get up and spend some time on the vibration plate, which enables me to get relief and fall asleep. I love this thing!
