Easy to use. I bought this vibration plate because I need to help my bone density. And since exercises for that, tell you to jump or stomp, which I cannot do because of foot problems this makes it very easy plus it’s exercise for your body.

My mother actually purchased this product and had me assemble it for her. She wanted me to give her a brief introduction on how to use the product so I did a litttle research on it. i wa surprised to learn how fun and invigorating actually using it could be!

I haven’t used the equipment yet, but I’m impressed with the quality of the product and the instructions that came with it. Expressed in clear and complete English with no grammar glitches or misspellings. I’m anxious to learn how to use this.
I’m only giving three stars, since I haven’t had an opportunity to test drive yet. Would like another chance after I become more familiar with the equipment.

Amazing product!

I received this for Christmas and I am still in the beginning stages of reaping benefits from it. What I can tell so far is my knees are feeling better. I’ve struggled with knee pain for a long time. I’m excited to see other positive results!
