I just wanted to share my great little exercise machine story...
I wear my arm weights now, I've been doing my Trimlite Pulsation Vibration Plate
since Christmas and I feel results already !

My legs are less painful and my knees are feeling better. I no longer have leg cramps at night. My stomach isn't as big (apron belly). It's just wonderful ‼️?
P-3 (medium) is my favorite setting ‼️?
I move all around, flamingo stands, up, down, on my tip toes, sit on it, do stretches etc ...
I feel it not only helps but keeps it interesting so time goes by faster. I think it's about 10-15 minutes per day.
I've lost weight on the Keto Diet but the Trimlite Pulsation Vibration Plate helps keep it off.

The swelling in my legs from lymphedema is going down and staying down. I use the vibration plate 2 x’s a day.

This was a very quick and easy set up. So far I am loving it. It is easy and love the video's. While I have found several with exercises, etc. I have not found one that goes through the controls and explains each one. I am a visual learner. The other thing I noticed that the manual say's to have 5 feet clarence all around the machine. I am 5ft tall so I know the cord is not 5 ft long so you have to be closer to the wall. Since I have only used this for a week. Which I bought for my husband for Christmas. I will come back and review in a month or so. otherwise I would have given a 5 star so far.

I love it. I have had a problem with the sciatic nerve in my hip. After 2 workouts the pain is gone. I highly recommend this product.
