Just received today for a Christmas present. Assembly was quick and easy. Works like it is supposed to. More settings than I anticipated with lots of feature which I can’t wait to try.

The Trimlite Vibration Plate has been a great purchase so far! I used it after a 25 mile bike ride and I loosened my leg muscles which will help recovery!

What a joy to now have a Pro vibration plate for home use. It provides me with everything that I had been experiencing on the commercial grade huge vibration plate at the gym I go to. Now I have the convenience of using it any time without leaving the house.
