I just received my vibration plate. So far I have noticed that the plate is very sturdy and I love the blue color. I am not sure about any advantages of having it yet but I have great hope that it does as it is marketed to do.

I know I must be doing something since I get much warmer after using it. It has been great during the very cold weather to exercise indoors and warm up, too!
