I enjoy using it after hard workouts and u can tell it helps with muscle soreness. I also like using it to help take down swelling in my legs.

Little trouble in assembly

hard to assemble because the handlebar post assembly was so tight, we had to carve out the black rubber opening in order to get the post to slide up and down. Other than that, vibration platform works fine. Hope to enjoy!
