I just received my Lifepro vibration plate. It does take a moment to get use to the vibration, but once I got going with on the beginner mode and warm up exercises, I can tell you could feel it working in every muscle. The first night I had improved sleep. I am looking forward to using it daily.

Very well built and sturdy. Just he’d granddaughter set it up as it was too heavy for me. Plan to use it starting tomorrow to help with arthritis and mobility.

Haven't had the opportunity to use to it. Primarily purchased it for lymphatic drainage. Hope to reap other benefits too while using it.
