Cannot give a full review yet as I just received my Trimlite with handles and have only used it a few times-I will say that it was easy to put together-I would suggest an easier way to transport the Trimlite from room to room instead of lifting from the handle.

I am impressed with everything about this vibration plate. The quality is impressive, it is very sturdy and well built. It was packaged perfectly, and the instructions to put together were clear. Using all the buttons and getting used to all of the programs will take a bit for me, but that's me. Well worth the price. Hopeful it will improve my osteoporosis.

I’ve experienced many changes throughout using the LifePro original i purchased for helping with lymphatic drainage in my legs due to work responsibilities also I’ve tried other exercise body stimulants & noticed help with my weight, balancing (due from having genetics gradually effects my walking) more strength in arms increased muscles staying consistent routines willingness has been wonderful for me.
