Worth the investment

I’ve been struggling with stiff and sore muscles. Within a few days of using the LifePro vibration plate I’ve noticed a decrease in pain and stiffness along with increased mobility. I look forward to feeling better and better thanks to the vibration plate.

My Jiggly Machine

Do to chronic disease and an endless supply of pain, working out was me stuck in my mind imagining what I could do and how I could look.
I’ve just started with my Trimlite so time will tell but the first time on I had parts of my body jiggling that I didn’t even know were parts!! I started laughing and honestly can’t quit! So if anything, I certainly know I’ll get abs out of this.
