I have had various lifepro products and have found the best way to keep the extra weight off is to exercise at least 3-4 times per week on an exercise plate.

Still in early stages of use. I have chronic joint pain from rheumatoid arthrits. Seems to help with fatigue, so far. Jury is still out on product because I've only had it for a couple of weeks. Still getting used to it.
