I purchased the lifepro rythm vibration platform and it works great. I purchased the trimlite vibration plate because I can carry it when I travel. It also works great and has more preset programs which is a great feature.

I love how fast it builds muscle

I turned 76 thinking I was in pretty good health, but sarcopenia happened almost overnight. Then my Dxa scan said osteopenia. My chiropractor suggested this vibration plate because of balance issues. After 5 weeks, I feel muscle, am more confident walking and joined a gym. It is addictive because I feel so good after using it. From 1 min at level 1 my first timid time, I am up to 20 minutes each session at level 10 and increasing. Experimenting with arm work. Goal: to get the same results on upper body!

Great machine. Only problem is the design of the bungee cord attachments chafe the cord and cuts them in two. One is broken now, the second is about to break
