Sturdy, easy to set-up and use

Just getting started with my vibration plate routine, but I chose LifePro’s vibration plate because Consumer Reports rated it as the best out of other brands. It was easy to assemble, the instructions are simple & detailed and it is very sturdy.

Increasing Bone Density

I just started using this Lifepro Vibration Plate for three days, I can feel the difference in my tail bone and joints, I have been having sciatica pain in lower back, and I can get up in the morning with ease today. Thank you for making this product!

Solid build, works well, easy to assemble. Just started using but feels good so far. I'm 80 years old, overweight & have arthritis. Looking forward to improving. Would recommend this product.
