Use it every day!

I ordered the vibration plate for my husband and I. I had been having leg cramps almost every night and since I have the vibration plate….zero leg cramps. It also really has toned up my legs. My husband has swelling in his feet and ankles plus severe knee pain. It helps him but sometimes his knees are too painful to use the plate.
I only have one complaint.We are seniors so I thought having the handlebar option would be wise. It rattles and makes so much noise that we just took it off…that’s disappointing but overall I am quite pleased with the plate.

It is OUTSTANDING and feels like a complete workout when I use it. Very relaxing! I would recommend anytime!!!

vibration Plate does a great job, but the stretch bands that were provided with it have already worn and broken. I would recommend that you replace those as I should not have broken so early.

Good machine but straps rattle loud

The extension straps to use for exercise are located in a terrible position and they rattle and make so much noise. It’s irritating and you can’t use them. Otherwise the machine is pretty good. It would be nice if the display was on the handlebars and not on the base. The bending over can be difficult.

Feels Pretty Good

I don’t know if I’ll go super high on the scale. 33 is tolerable. I’ll look into increasing the vibration but was a bit concerned about how it affects the ryes.
I use it for 10-15 minutes in the morning. I want to try to use it everyday for awhile to decide what benefits I receive.
It is relaxing and loosens me up. Might try after workout and see how’d that feels.

The machine wasn't timed properly or something. It was too fast and could not be slowed.
