Sturdy equipment, Frustrating Registration & finding videos

I’m still trying to access (find ?) the “free personal training videos” mentioned on pg 13 and the back cover of the Trimlite Vibration Plate user manual. Also, each time I open the trimlite.lifeprofitness.com site (to re-try finding videos), I have to re-enter my personal info, email, phone number, etc…it would be easier for users if they had access to the videos, personal account, and LifePro’s products through a website that requires username/password verification. Then once you’ve registered through trimlite.lifeprofitness.com, the next window prompts you to create username/password and then the login window for website with videos, faq’s, products, allows you to login and access the LifePro’s website. Ugh…I just want to get started using my new vibration plate.

Trimlite vibration platform

I like the addition of safety handle and arm exercise bands. This machine is smaller than my first one. I also feel like the speeds are not adjusting up/down? It feels very fast. I cannot stand on it but a few minutes as my leg muscles hurt.
I can sit in a chair with feet on it.

I like the safety handle and arm exercise bands as my first platform didn't have those. Is taking me a little while to get used to this one.
Smaller surface and seems like all options are fast speed. I cannot stand on it very long as it makes my leg hurt. Can sit in chair with feet on it more comfortably.
