This vibration plate is amazing! So sturdy, extremely quiet, very powerful. I've noticed less swelling in my ankles in just over a week of use. If you are shopping for a vibration plate, don't hesitate to get the Lifepro Waver. You won't regret it!

’ve been using the Lifepro Waver vibration plate almost every day and have been really happy with it. It’s great for toning and helping move lymph, as part of my regular wellness routine. The machine feels solid and well-built, not flimsy at all, and it has a good range of programs and intensity settings. Setup and daily use are very straightforward, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

Love it so far. I notice a difference in the weight of my legs. I get motion sickness often and had slight dizziness but subsided quickly.
