Benefits of using my WAVER vibration plate

The waiver plate has helped my back and I use it the morning. It was recommended to me by a good friend when we had lunch together last week and she loved hers and his has it for quite some time. She and her husband both benefit from the waiver vibration plate.

Been using the Lifepro Vibration Plate 2x per day for a couple of weeks now. I can tell the difference already as my legs feel stronger. Love how quiet it is as well!
