I’m just barely getting started, but I was already familiar with the product and was absolutely fascinated by it. I’m 65 years old , I use it while doing every single exercise included with it!

The waiver vibration plate is so easy to use and helps with recovery/lymphatic draining with just 10-15 minutes a day!
