I’ve only had this product for a few days, but have been using it at least once daily since it came in. I greatly look forward to either sitting or standing on it. It has quickly become part of my daily ritual. I’m loving the benefits so far!

I absolutely love my LifePro vibration plate! It’s well built, easy to use.The different speed levels make it great for beginners and more advanced users. I use it with squats and planks and feel a real difference. Great value for the quality!
