I saw an ad for the Waver vibration plate on my social media and decided to give it a try. It's bigger than I thought it would be, but it is easy to move around. The videos demonstrating how to use it really help! My knees feel better after just a few uses.

I love this vibration plate!!! I feel lie a new person every time I get off of it!! I sit on it, lean on it, stand on it, lay on it...it's a great pain reliever, as well as, a great alternative to my exercise routine when I'm feeling a little lazy!! I'm so thankful for this product and will have this on deck for life!! Thank you LifePro ?
