Purchased this vibration plate to help with lymphatic drainage and circulation. I use it a couple times a week and instantly feel better after each use. I enjoy the different speed levels. Now my two teenage athletes use it to warm up or wind down for the day. I was able to use my HSA funds for Lifepro/TruMed provided a MNL.

Waver Vibration Plate - Great Start!

I just purchased the Waver Vibration plate for the first time and am already feeling a difference in some low back pain that I've been struggling with. With just 15 minutes a day to start, I'm looking forward to doing more with this Vibration plate to build muscle and burn fat as I learn to do more with it. Great solution too for my condo, and feel I can reach my fitness goals without an expensive gym membership. Thank you!
