Love my vibration plate! It makes working out so easy and feels so effective. It's helped with pain and blood flow and hope to see weight loss soon!

I just used it for the first time today and I didn’t even want to get off of it! I immediately felt so relaxed doing the warm up and I enjoyed the first exercise sample guide that came with it! I am so excited to add this into my daily routine!
