Health problems make exercise hard so hoping this machine will help me engage my muscles and help circulation. Only used twice so far, looking forward to daily usage.

Tried it for 15 minutes to start. Went from walking, jogging and running. It’s going to be fun! Taking it slow and steady to build up my strength.

Only used it a couple times so far. Seems to make my muscles work. I think it’s going to give this old lady a work out.
