Product feels well built. I just unboxed it and powered it up. Tried in the running position. I like that position best.

I haven’t had my vibration plate for long but I love it already. After just a few uses I can already tell a difference in my lymphatic system. I look forward to using it more and seeing what other benefits happen to my body.

I love it so far! Good quality and it can get super intense if needed. I bought it to help heal from a surgery I had and to tone my body as well. Thank you so much

The waver helps with muscle tension, stress, balance, lymphatic drainage and more. I only wish I’d bought one sooner.
