More than I expected

As a sedentary 60 yr old with fibromyalgia and a fit 30 yr old HIIT/ Pilates coach. We can’t believe the power and quality of this vibration plate. So far we both love it for balance, strength, toning , bone building, relaxation and massage. The fitness coach has some personal fitness trials planned for this machine. Will update.

New review as of now. I haven’t used the product yet. I’m just now reading manual and registering the warranty.

After using the product for a few days, I am in love with it. I have basically understood the simple command of turning it on and using it for a few minutes. I am excited to understand the full scope of this amazing device.

It's a good thing to have! After a long day sitting or standing at work, it helps stretches/exercise your body.

The 1st time using it and stepping off, it felt as if I was still on it for a moment. It loosened me up immediately and made me want to do some extra stretches that I haven't done in done time.
