Just got it a few days ago and so far I’m liking it. It’s easy to use. Enjoying it for my “rest” days to still do something that will hopefully help me toward my fitness goals.

I just purchased this waver. I have only used once. I hope to notice a difference when I use it more regularly

Just got my waver vibration plate three days ago. It is easy to use and I’m enjoying the tool for a “rest” workout day that still works towards my fitness goals.
