Just ordered and I’ve only used a couple of times so far, but I hope it will help improve overall circulation, lymphatic drainage, and help relieve joint pain I’ve been suffering from.

I’ve never used a vibration plate before but always wanted to to support detox and lymphatic drainage. It’s a funny feeling at first but I really love it!

This was so easy to use and set up. I could also just leave it in my family room and and use it while watching tv.

Very sturdy, quick set up, easy to use. This was a recent purchase, but I already love it! Extremely versatile!
