I am loving my vibration plate! It feels like a good quality product and so far has worked great! It is really wonderful that it has a lifetime warranty.

The quality is good. Instructions aren't very clear as to what programs are good for what you want to use it for. Am still waiting to see long term effects.

This is my first time using a vibration plate. I've only used it one time for 10 minutes on level 1. It was packaged well and easy to set up.

Love the width and quietness of it! Have yet to implement the bands to my workout but I will soon.
