I've only been using the lifepro vibrating plate for about a week. It feels great when using it, so I hope it increases bone density, lymphatic drainage & simply a feel good massage to start the day!

Just starting out. Used twice so far on first 15 min program. Seems like it will be a beneficial piece of equipment for me.

I have struggled with hip pain at night for the last few years. I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly I have gotten relief.
