This is a great product for any level of fitness. Good for lymphatic drainage, balance, and loosening up minor aches and pains.

I was skeptical to try this at first but once I did I understand the hype. It loosens your body right out and makes aches and pains so much easier. Would definitely buy again

Have only had it for a couple weeks and it seems broken. It’s very loud like it’s off balance on the right side

I have only used it for a few minutes but I love how it came with all the extra stuff to help you not be lost and it is very simply built.
