I’m 72 and have been using the Wave Pro for several weeks. I can definitely feel my legs getting stronger and my balance has improved.

It was recommended to my by my Natropath. I LOVE the vibration plate. I took it on vacation with me last month. Starting to play around with the preset programs on it!

The whole family loves it!

I bought it to help with lymphatic drainage and detox. It will take a little while before I know if it’s working but I love the way it feels. In fact the whole family has started taking turns using it and I’m happy to have my teenagers starting good health habits now while they’re young. I’m easing my way in starting with some of the lower preset programs, but I’m excited to see what this can do for my workouts. It’s been an easy addition to my daily life and that’s great for long term health goals.
