I have been using my vibration plate for a few months now. I love how it activates my body and get my system going. Will start using weights soon.

We love having this in our home. For me it helps to loosen up all the tightness in my body. For our teen age daughter who runs cross country, it has helped loosen her ankle when it was locked. Great addition for our health journey!

I can't imagine a day without using my LifePro Waver Vibration Plate. It stimulates my circulation and I feel great after my 15 minute workout.
