I've only used my Waver 3 times since it arrived. I haven't noticed a difference yet with my puffy, swollen legs except that it makes my legs feel better.

Since receiving my order I've used my waver twice because of my back pain. It works, that's all I can say. I've also started using some of the workout programs and feel the difference.
